Our Commitment At UrbanHearth, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at Hello@urbanhearth.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
