Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages UrbanHearth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at Hello@urbanhearth.co and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
